• Grand Prix Tickets Ges.m.b.H. is a, in Austria registered, company that is organizing tickets for motorsports events worldwide.
• Tickets ordered at least one month before the event have to be paid within two weeks from the date of issue without any deduction. Tickets ordered at most four weeks before the event have to be paid immediately. Grand Prix Tickets Ges.m.b.H. shall have the right to cancel invoices and resell tickets if payment is not made within the conditions mentioned above.
• Cancellation of paid invoices/tickets is not permitted, nor may tickets be changed or returned.
• Paid tickets for will be posted at the risk of the client by registered mail starting not earlier than four weeks before the event.
• In case a particular category of tickets is sold out Grand Prix Tickets Ges.m.b.H. has got the right to provide tickets of a similar category.
• Jurisdiction: Graz/Austria. Austrian law is valid.
